Godden Allen Lawn was engaged to redesign, convert and extend the fourth storey of a mid-Victorian era town house in Sinclair Road, Shepherd’s Bush, draw up plans for a fifth storey and provide a full contract administration service to see the job through to completion. The company was also asked to appoint the building company and engaged award-winning builder Sarah Wain to do the work.
