Godden Allen Lawn added a roof terrace as part of a major project to transform a derelict hotel and extension into smart new flats in Folkestone.

The work at 11-13, Trinity Crescent, carried out for a London developer, created ten two-bedroomed flats and a penthouse with views to the Downs and the White Cliffs of Dover.
